7 Sample Interview Questions to Ask

1. Which type of work are you considering to work at the moment?

The best answer is to focus on the type of job you are applying for.

2.What do you often read?

Answer sincerely! If possible, state some of magazines or books that you often read to update new information and professional knowledge. In addition, it is also good if you consider reading to be a kind of entertainment to you.

3.What motivates you the most?

Use your experience and perception of career to decide the suitable answer. However, your answer should be general. It may be about the satisfaction when you overcome a challenge at work, about developing group work capacity or about fulfilling the goals of the company.

4.Tell me about one or two examples of your creativity?

If possible, state any of your achievements that involve your previous companies and similar position as the one you are applying for.

5.What is your long-term goal?

Relate to the current interviewing company is just a general answer. So, tell about your ambition realistically! First, tell about goals you have set for the current applying job; then, about your future ambition.

6.How was your relation with colleagues, seniority and subordinates?

This is a very important question; therefore, you should think carefully before making a suitable answer. When mentioning the relation with your subordinates, you should talk about your management principles. When mentioning the seniority, demonstrate that you are well aware of their expectations and are able to meet the goals as set forth. In addition, you should emphasize on group-work spirit, coordination and help each other at work.

7.What kinds of leisure activities do you attend?

This question is to find out about your ability to balance your life. Yet, avoid stating activities that may make the interviewer question about your time spent for work. Remember that your preferential leisure activities may relate somehow to you personal traits and values.
